This team presentation, developed for the Generative AI in Sales & Marketing course at Hult International Business School, explores how the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) can use generative AI to strengthen its marketing strategy by turning every match into a scalable engine for engagement, sharing, and performance insight. We propose an AI-enabled “match intelligence” capability that records and analyzes matches through computer vision and machine learning, automatically identifying key moments, patterns, and tactical insights. For fans, this unlocks interactive, social-ready content—instant highlight creation, personalized replays, and remixable “favorite moments” designed to fuel reposting and user-generated storytelling across platforms. For players and coaches, the same system becomes a performance tool, enabling opponent scouting, game breakdowns, and targeted improvement—helping elevate the quality of play while deepening the audience’s connection to rivalries and narratives. Overall, the strategy positions the WTA as an innovation leader in tennis by enhancing the product experience, increasing digital retention, and creating new commercialization opportunities through premium features, partnerships, and data-driven sponsorship assets.
