This presentation proposes a retention-focused growth strategy for Inversity, developed as part of a team assignment at Hult International Business School. Addressing Inversity’s core “habit gap”—where learners complete a single course but do not return—we outline a phased roadmap to transform one-off training into sustained, enterprise-wide AI adoption. The proposal introduces two primary solutions and one complementary concept: Inversity IQ™, an enterprise AI Fluency Index and certification program designed to benchmark organizational capability, drive annual renewals, and position Inversity as the trusted standard for AI readiness; Inversity Embedded™, a real-time in-workflow pop-up learning layer that integrates with commonly used LLM tools to deliver just-in-time guidance, reduce repetitive manual work, and encourage daily engagement; and Inversity Challenges™ (appendix), a gamified challenge model to maintain ongoing participation through recruitment, CSR, and internal innovation cycles. Together, these initiatives are evaluated through prioritization, implementation timelines, and success metrics (KPIs and ROI) to support scalable, repeatable customer return and long-term platform stickiness.
